This document is the start / the beginning of the film « Dangerous Minds ».

Louanne Johnson is the main character: she wanted to be a teacher. She went to this high school and she met the principal.

They spoke / talked about the job, and Louanne got this job.

She was happy / delighted / proud...

But she went to her classroom, she saw her students and she was scared / afraid / terrified.

The students WERE RAPPING and SINGING.

They didn't listen to her...

RAPPEL/ Pour raconter une histoire au passé, on utilise le Prétérit:

# Soit le verbe est régulier: on ajoute 'ED' au verbe

# Soit le verbe est irrégulier: on l'apprend!

+: Pour parler de CE QUI ETAIT EN TRAIN DE SE PASSER: BE (au passé) + Verbe ING

Ex: She was sleeping when the killer arrived...
