DANGEROUS MINDS (1)

This is the beginning of a film, Dangerous Minds.

The main character is a teacher: she applied for a job in a high school, so she met the principal.

They spoke about the job and the principal gave her the job... but she didn't know it was a special class.

She went to her classroom and she looked at the pupils. She was scared / afraid, and she was shy / intimidated.

She walked in... but the pupils didn't listen to her. They KEPT ON rapping.

They KEPT ON listening to music.

They KEPT ON speaking.

VOCABULARY

# keep on + ING: continuer à

Ex: They kept on shouting.

# keep: garder

# apply for a job: poser candidature pour...

# walk in: entrer (en marchant)

→ Pour raconter une histoire au passé: Prétérit.

Soit le verbe est régulier (on ajoute ED), soit il est irrégulier (on l'apprend!)
